Dear sir I had purchased crossbeats sports watch on 19/05/21. As per company policy this is under one year warranty, and company also claiming this IP68 water resistant and it can be used for swimming purpose also. Now I am facing problem with watch screen so I had sent it for warranty claim.

now company denying for warranty claim due to liquid damage but In his warranty policy nothing mentioned about liquid damage. Here I am giving warrant claim policy link also. As per the service team, the product display and IC chip has been damaged due to liquid and saltwater content (sweat). The watch is water resistant. Unfortunately, This is not a manufacturing defect rather based on usage/wear and tear hence voids the warranty.
We will ship the product back to you and share the tracking ID once shipped.
