I ordered a watch on April 26th 2022 with online payment of rupees 4249.15 rs. The very next day i cancelled the order and request for refund. But from then if i call/mail/message cross beats company.
They are not responding. Its been 15 days. No response from them kindly help us on this concern.

I order a watch on 8th October 2022 with online payment of rupees Rs3999. The very next day i cancel my order and request for my refund.But from that time they are not responding any mails,‘messages.when ever i call the customer care most they don’t reply and sometime they pick the call and said your money will refund within in a week. But after than no money will refunded.please help me for getting my money from crossbeats
