Purchased items from this site. Made online payment but products were never delivered. Kept sending mails, calling on their helpline but no answer since more than 1 year...

I brought some products online from clothsforyou.in site my order no. As per this site is #132179 on 6/5/2022 total amount rs. 3187/- all the total amount payment was done.

But no response on this site contact email ID and mobile no. Is also wrong and no delivery against this order. This site is fraud kindly help for refund against the order payment....

I ordered product from this Web (https://clothsforyou.in/) and they get payment online and it's have been a month on this 13/05/2022. I didn't get my product yet. also they didn't reply my Gmail's or complaints.

I want reply about when I get my product or refund from them....

I order product from the website it's been 10 days status is not updating. NO email or sms. Contact no on website is saying incoming service has been stopped. So no way to contact the dealer....

I ordered one cane laundry basket from clothsforyou website and made payment for it. however there was no record of it after placing the order. They did not share any confirmation sms/mail to me and no order id was provided.

When i sent a mail to raise this concern on the email id published on their website, i got a delivery failure mail saying that the recipient mail id does not exist. I tried calling on the number shared on their website but that is also switched off all the time.

This looks like a big scam for cheating people. They have created their website in a way that you can get easily fooled. There is no way to reach out these people to get your money back.

They have mentioned 2 addresses on their site, one is of Kolkata and 2nd is of Gujrat when i made payment, the recipient appeared was 'HELLOEX'. I feel they have created multiple websites/channels like these to fool people.

The product which they display is not available on any other well known shopping website. it is a strategy for attracting the people to their site. This needs to be stopped. Please take some serious action on them. They are looting people....
