WORST, CHEATING, LYING, GREEDY, FOOLING, FRAUD, FAKE, DEAF, DISGUSTING and SHAMELESS religare/care health insurance. Never ever purchase any of health policy from religare or care health insurance. These religare people are so SHAMELESS, DEAF and DUMB plus they don't have the CALIBRE for REIMBURSEMENT. Even after changing their name from religare to care health insurance from 1st September 2020 it doesn't change their ATTITUDE and their CALIBRE to pay customers REIMBURSEMENT. These LIARS and CHEATERS are so CARELESS, BOTHERLESS and IGNORANT just know how to fill their pockets in the name of commission but for REIMBURSEMENT they literally ignore the promise before purchasing health insurance policy.

UNNECESSARILY THEIR USELESS CHEAP SILLY STUPID GREEDY AGENTS from religare/care health insurance everytime calls us to purchase their FALSE, FAKE and FRAUD policy. When it was told to check the negative comments of religare/care on Facebook that CHEAP, CHEATER, LIAR SILLY STUPID GREEDY agent disconnected the call in between. It is very necessary from religare or so called CHEATER, LIAR, FAKE AND FRAUD name CARE have to teach their GREEDY agents not to call in future because these CHEAP, CHEATERS and LIARS don't have the CALIBRE for REIMBURSEMENT....

My brother shakti singh is hospitalized due to brain stock, care health is not providing cashless settlement. We are urgent need of money but they are so useless people don't understand the Urgency of moment. My brother is fighting for his life and they are just refusing claim amount.

In the state of shock we as a family suffering from all angles, my mother is a housewife who cannot support him. My brother is the only earning source to support my mother n his son. We need immediate attention on this matter. Please help.

Doctors are helping insurance companies by not approving consumer claims by mentioning technical illogical terms n earning big commissions. "Worst experience insurance company and hospital Max Healthcare have collusion with each other for rejection patients Medical claims"....

I had a health insurance of star health since 2 yrs, then i talked to care health insurance, they assured to port the preexisting heath insurance with added benefits, i also informed that my husband is having hypertension with proteinurea, that was also mentioned in previous policy.

They told me that insurance will start since the day of my payment. After 15 days when my husband was hospitalised. I called for claim but they disconnected the call immediately and next day said that policy is not done and sent a rejection mail.

Kindly help against these fraud company star health. They made such delay that neither could i register in my old health insurance whose last date was 30.04.22.
And nor did they reply that they had not done the insurance.

I made the payment on 25.04.22 and i explained them about all the health conditions and they themselves suggested me what plan to take. And next day when i asked about insurance number and I.D, they just kept on delaying.

Finally after 10 days of payment when my husband got hospitalised and i called for claim, they immediately disconnected the call and then next day on 6 may sent a rejection mail and said they won't do and that the insurance is not done.

Hence all my saving lost because of these fraud people

We have taking Insurance Policy with Care Health Insurance for the past 2 years.
Policy No : 17537771. Place of Admission: Chennai. My Mother had been admitted in local Nursing Home for the treatment of High level sugar.

Actual local Nursing Home is not tied up with our Insurance company, we are been asked to pay for the treatment and reclaim later been discharged. After the discharged we went thru the various procedure for reimbursement on our spent value.

Whereas the Insurance had been rejected and we had not been communicated properly regarding the rejection of our claim from the Insurance company. When i had sent email to the company and their is no response also.

Also they are not providing us the original document collected from our end....

I, Manish Kumar a client of Care Health Insurance, Group Policy No: 18016595, Certificate of insurance no: 31820758. I am extremely disappointed and really frustrated with the service I have received from the care health insurance (Religare Insurance).

And this is the second time this happened from them that they rejected my claim. Before in September month 2021 when she got sick and when I claimed then care health insurance rejected 5 times in a row for some odd reason.

My wife, Alayka Mackerdhuj Juggan Aheer, got admitted into Mata Channan Devi Hospital on the 17/10/2021 with recurrent vomiting and stomach pain. On the 18/10/2021 at 13:30pm, a medical investigator came to the hospital to meet my wife and I regarding documentation.

He asked questions regarding my wife's past medical history and my wife mentioned to him that in 2012 she use to suffer with Anemia and two years later in 2014 she got cured these were the exact words that were told to the medical investigator.

When I took the policy with care health insurance and RBL Bank I was not asked if either of us had any pre-existing diseases. My wife's anemia has only started from the month of September 2021 which is when she got admitted for the first time.

I find it very disappointing to be rejected for the second time with a reason which was not explained or asked to me by the representative that signed me up. Now i have had it with care health insurance and RBL Bank,

I am now going to take legal action against both companies for misleading clients and not providing services when needed.

I was admitted in Sitaba Hospital for 4 days, hence the insurance company gave money for 2 days and deducted money for 2 days saying it did not required. However we gave letter from doctor also but still they never reverted back to us. Please help. I would like to have my full money for the claim amount claimed. The place is Ahmedabad and i was admitted 26 April2021.

Insurance company is Care Insurance. I raised almost 5 tickets with care and no awnswer, also submitted doctor report of explanationa and to reopen the case, but havent heard anything. Now since 2 weeks he is in udaipur for vacation, ignoring my phone call. He is worst employee i have ever seen. All false promises at the time of selling insurance. We are willing to give clarification if needed to care by the doctor, but they are not responding. I was admitted for 4 days and doctor asked to stay more but i told that i will take further treatmetn at home.

Still care insurance are saying that only 2 days were needed. I was really weak and sick and doctor sitting at desk will decide when i should be discharged. The employee chirag rami is like you have oxygen level was ok, so should my oxygen level go down to get the claim amount.

What a pathetic employee and company i have been across. In 5 years of paying premium this is the first time i used and i get very bad experience. ...
