I had a health insurance of star health since 2 yrs, then i talked to care health insurance, they assured to port the preexisting heath insurance with added benefits, i also informed that my husband is having hypertension with proteinurea, that was also mentioned in previous policy.
They told me that insurance will start since the day of my payment. After 15 days when my husband was hospitalised. I called for claim but they disconnected the call immediately and next day said that policy is not done and sent a rejection mail.
Kindly help against these fraud company star health. They made such delay that neither could i register in my old health insurance whose last date was 30.04.22.
And nor did they reply that they had not done the insurance.
I made the payment on 25.04.22 and i explained them about all the health conditions and they themselves suggested me what plan to take. And next day when i asked about insurance number and I.D, they just kept on delaying.
Finally after 10 days of payment when my husband got hospitalised and i called for claim, they immediately disconnected the call and then next day on 6 may sent a rejection mail and said they won't do and that the insurance is not done.
Hence all my saving lost because of these fraud people
