They are keeping my order in processing and not even options given to edit my order. They don't respond or reply to any of the emails. As emails are the only way to contact them other than that they don't have any contact option. Now i want to cancel my order and want my refund. They are not replying even after continuous mails sent. But they send mails regarding buying new products. I want my money back. ...

Actually i have ordered cake from this website for my father birthday after the payment they have cancelled my order and no order details will be sent to us Just my order number #44429 but still didn't return my money back and i have mailed them many times still they are not responding.

I have lost Rs.609 I have mailed them many times since that only they mailed that your order has been cancelled and apologizes for the support there is no call option available in that website only mail option added but no response from that. Please solve my issue to get my money to be refunded back....

They take order but don't deliver and also don't refund it back...pls donot order from them...

Beware of SCAM company Cakesportal - Online Cakes Delivery. Cakesportal.in. I ordered cake and flowers for my moms bday to be delivered on 10th feb. This company took money Rs2000 but has still not delivered it, its been 3 days since I ordered.. they dont even respond or pick phone. To my surprise Google sponsors such FRAUD companies on there first page at the top. Now I believe I shouldn’t have trusted google too....

On dec 1st i have ordered photo cake but there was no any response from them... and i asked refund for them... there is no response from them.Before that they gave reply that your order will be delivered tomorrow.Your order is cancelled.Refund will be given 10-15 days.Now no response at all....
