I replied to the mail but still there is no reply. I request you file an complaint against this website and block it. These peoples are stealing the money from poor people with designing a website.

I got the same order delivered to the address but it was delivered not on time but after 3 hours of my order. I was communicating with them through mail and I got reply aswell, telling the current status of my order. The person who was communicating was Jatin and mail id was [PROTECTED]@cakesportal.in I think once you order the cake, it will take minimum 3 hours to prepare and deliver it. Kindly check that in prior before ordering. My best suggestion would be, go to the cake shop and buy. Enjoy the day with your loved once, instead of buying online. This is my first order and will be last also. Thanks
