I placed an order for a cake through CakesPortal to celebrate my daughter's birthday on March 31st. Initially, my order was accepted, but disappointingly, it was canceled by them at the last minute. Adding to the frustration, I received an email from them assuring a refund within 15 business days. Despite their promise, the refund hasn't materialized. In the month of April, I made three attempts to contact them via email, detailing the persisting issue, but regrettably, I have not received any response from their end, nor have I seen any sign of the promised refund.

In light of this situation, I am reaching out for assistance. Can someone offer guidance on how to address this problem? I remain hopeful that the CakesPortal team, upon noticing this matter, will take action to resolve the issue promptly. I am eagerly anticipating their response and a favorable resolution to this matter.
