25th July I will order 3 electronic products order Shopify.com website and payment done by Online mode Through credit card but Order till date still No update no tracking side No helpline no so,request to resolve problem as soon as early as possible.payment show name of Merchant Om Enterprises : Add :- Agra, Uttar Pradesh. I placed an online order on the Brand Factory website on May 1st, 2022 (order no:10078288). The order was prepaid and was paid in fill. It is almost a month now and there is no update whatsoever. The website now seems to be under maintenance - I cannot view or cancel my order. None of the phone numbers mentioned are active or available hence I have not been able to get in touch with anyone. Not sure what action I can take for this. I did see a lot of similar complaints from people who have faced a similar consequence. It also looks like their customercare email ID has stopped working too. Please advise how I can get my money back. ...

I have ordered cloths of Rs 1689. It was delivered on 30 April morning and on same had requested return of product as it was 15 days return policy till now no one picked the return package.

Their phone number are not reachable and email also responded by auto machine. The numbers provided by the company are not reachable or sometimes says wrong numbers. The email function is also auto generated.

From last five days I have write them 5 -6 mail still only thank you for writing auto generated response. The total package amount was 2189 Rs. but 2 order had been cancelled. So the last payable amount of Rs 1689....

I have made a purchase with brand factory online app of 2554.20 rs on 10th march. I have ordered 4 products among those I have returned 2 because I have ordered jeans, where I have received xxl kurti completely their fault.

On 25th march I got a message that refund has been initiated but no reference numbers provided. But on application it is showing refund completed but not credited in my account.

I have reached in customer support number [Protected]they said we can’t help with this write us a mail. Even after writing multiple mails no response. I’m receiving only system generated mail.

Once I have received mail mentioning RRN numbers where ICICI team confirmed they are invalid numbers. I wrote multiple mails on [PROTECTED]@brandfactoryonline.com. Contacted offline customer support also no other options to contact them.

From 25th to till date I have been trying for resolution but no response.

As per new rules, on purchase of any product from the store the carry bag with the logo of the brand has to be given for free. But seems none are following the rule at stores and customers are being bluffed for extra charges on the carry bag.

Last week we had been to Brand Factory store, Marathahalli, Bangalore - 560037. I had purchased the products costing around Rs. 5000/-. When requested for a carry bag they had charged us extra 10/- for a bag with logo of Brand Factory.

I asked the biller to provide it for free but he said the rule is not implemented yet and I had to pay extra for carry bag. This was completely misleading and becoming advantage to the stores.

So stores should be made aware of these new amendment and must be followed. Hence registering a complaint with consumer firm to have the new rules implemented and followed at all stores. Require a refund of the amount being charged.

I have also uploaded the purchase bill with charges of the carry bag. I have also attached the carry back with the logo that's given to us during the purchase of the products from the Brand Factory outlet....

Been over a month the product has been picked up but not updated on the site also no refund received have been following up but no glory...

Complaint is regarding that they charge for Carry bags even thou they have branding of their brand on that bag can I know how they are able to charge that bag buy doing their branding on that bag,

It's my humble request to take a quick action on that, people are shopping almost for 5k-6k or above that but still if they are charging 10 rupee per bag which is not fair. I have request you to have a quick action regards this happening....

Hi I have ordered clothes from brand factory official website but also I have pay full payment but they not yet deliver my order. After I have contact with customer care support they given only reason we have raised the complement but not taken any action I think this is scam....

I have purchased three items from online shopping portal brandfactoryonline.com and I made payment also but when I revisited site there is showing no orders made and my amount also got deducted and I tried to contact them but they didñt revert back. I need my refund back .please help....
