I placed an online order on the Brand Factory website on May 1st, 2022 (order no:[Protected]). The order was prepaid and was paid in fill. It is almost a month now and there is no update whatsoever. The website now seems to be under maintenance - I cannot view or cancel my order. None of the phone numbers mentioned are active or available hence I have not been able to get in touch with anyone. Not sure what action I can take for this. I did see a lot of similar complaints from people who have faced a similar consequence. It also looks like their customercare email ID has stopped working too. Please advise how I can get my money back.
