I have made a purchase with brand factory online app of 2554.20 rs on 10th march. I have ordered 4 products among those I have returned 2 because I have ordered jeans, where I have received xxl kurti completely their fault.
On 25th march I got a message that refund has been initiated but no reference numbers provided. But on application it is showing refund completed but not credited in my account.
I have reached in customer support number [Protected]they said we can’t help with this write us a mail. Even after writing multiple mails no response. I’m receiving only system generated mail.
Once I have received mail mentioning RRN numbers where ICICI team confirmed they are invalid numbers. I wrote multiple mails on [PROTECTED]@brandfactoryonline.com. Contacted offline customer support also no other options to contact them.
From 25th to till date I have been trying for resolution but no response.
