I have booked Courier via WeFast application ( Borzodelivery.com) to be picked up from my residence in North Delhi and was supposed to be delivered in Shastri Nagar , Gaziabaad. Parcel was picked from my location but was not delivered to target destination , courier boy is not responding and there is no way to chat with customer care support for this WeChat Courier Group. This Courier company should be blacklisted as they are scamming customers with delivery charges and stoling away their Parcel.

These Courier services should be blacklisted as they are hurting people sentiments....

This is to inform that while booking for parcel pick up it is showing wrong pick up address we have mentioned Google link along with this for your reference. We request you to kindly change our address as it is hampering our business....

I want to complain against the courier guy Surya Jaiswal from Borzo. I had clearly mentioned all the details in the app while creating the order in which I had mentioned the Pick up date "22" and Drop date "23" and also paid the full amount of 270rs but still he visited the drop location of same day "22" . I asked to go on the expected date but now he is asking 300rs additional amount to visit the place.

This is the worst delivery experience I have got with Borzo. If he is unable to read the details from the application atleast his supervisor should have informed him about the date. Problem seems to be from both employees. Now my parcel is missing and even support team is asking me to pay extra to get tha parcel delivered. As per other reviews from Borzo this company should be shutdown for good....

Courier collected the material and immediately marked as delivered. After that he has gone missing. He isn't answering the phone and not traceable on the map either...

Delivery boy took package. Took my package and there is no claim option also. He fought and my sister went to take the package and its opened. Fraud company...

Today my package containing coach specks and wallet were picked up at approx 10:40 am from gurugram sector 24 and delivered to me at 12:49 at faridabad Greenfield colony.On opening the wallet was found missing. I have been trying to contact the company but to no avail. No customer support is functional on the app and there is no number you can call to register the complaint. Please register my complaint and such fraud and cheat companies should not be allowed to function....

I assigned a courier from borzo pick up from noida and delivery to Saket Dlf Avenue the amount show me to pay in the app is 201 but the courier guy has taken 250 , either give me receipt for that or give me refund . ...

Delivery guy refused to deliver the package. Used abusive language and took the parcel with him after marking it delivered. The parcel was of around 5000/-. The customer care of wefast is of no use.

There is not reachable ,no reply to the mails and no support on chat....

I am a delivery boy of wefast nd borzo company on 31 January I have picked 2 parcel from malbarhill and I have to drop at gathkoper in between route I have fall down from byk n my leg injured very badly.

When I have call to company for help company has not proved any helped and wefast company force me to complete the order otherwise I will get penalty. That's why I want to Champlain against wefast and borzo company.

Please help me my loss....

I had put up a pick up of my Apple iWatch Series 3 from Noida one sector and delivery at another sector in Noida on 16 December 2021 through the mobile application Borzo (earlier known as WeFast).

The parcel pick up person allotted for my request, whose name is Jaikumar Gupta (+[Protected]), picked up my watch from Sector 4 (confirmation of which was received on the mobile application and was also confirmed by the person who handed him over the parcel)

And then, Jaikumar without delivering the watch tom me, updated the order status as 'completed' on the mobile app of Borzo, which is also evidenced from the attached image stating that he picked up the order at 3:29 PM at one place and had automatically delivered it by 3:30 PM i.e., in a minute.

Upon calling him, he informed me that the order status was updated by mistake and that he will be reaching me in 10 mins. However, one hour had passed and there was no intimation of this person.

I called him repeatedly through different numbers including mine; however, he wouldn't answer and later blocked all the numbers due to which he was unreachable. After few hours, his phone became reachable but he kept disconnecting my calls.

I tried to reach out to Borzo through email and lodge a complaint; however they are not helpful and only compensating me with INR 2000 since INR 2000 was my declared value on the app while placing the order for pick up.

I even informed them that the actual value was INR 20000 but INR 2000 had been mentioned in error and in a state of hurry, which was later realised by me....
