I had put up a pick up of my Apple iWatch Series 3 from Noida one sector and delivery at another sector in Noida on 16 December 2021 through the mobile application Borzo (earlier known as WeFast).
The parcel pick up person allotted for my request, whose name is Jaikumar Gupta (+[Protected]), picked up my watch from Sector 4 (confirmation of which was received on the mobile application and was also confirmed by the person who handed him over the parcel)
And then, Jaikumar without delivering the watch tom me, updated the order status as 'completed' on the mobile app of Borzo, which is also evidenced from the attached image stating that he picked up the order at 3:29 PM at one place and had automatically delivered it by 3:30 PM i.e., in a minute.
Upon calling him, he informed me that the order status was updated by mistake and that he will be reaching me in 10 mins. However, one hour had passed and there was no intimation of this person.
I called him repeatedly through different numbers including mine; however, he wouldn't answer and later blocked all the numbers due to which he was unreachable. After few hours, his phone became reachable but he kept disconnecting my calls.
I tried to reach out to Borzo through email and lodge a complaint; however they are not helpful and only compensating me with INR 2000 since INR 2000 was my declared value on the app while placing the order for pick up.
I even informed them that the actual value was INR 20000 but INR 2000 had been mentioned in error and in a state of hurry, which was later realised by me....
