I had put up a pick up of my Apple iWatch Series 3 from Noida one sector and delivery at another sector in Noida on 16 December 2021 through the mobile application Borzo (earlier known as WeFast).
The parcel pick up person allotted for my request, whose name is Jaikumar Gupta (+[Protected]), picked up my watch from Sector 4 (confirmation of which was received on the mobile application and was also confirmed by the person who handed him over the parcel)
And then, Jaikumar without delivering the watch tom me, updated the order status as 'completed' on the mobile app of Borzo, which is also evidenced from the attached image stating that he picked up the order at 3:29 PM at one place and had automatically delivered it by 3:30 PM i.e., in a minute.
Upon calling him, he informed me that the order status was updated by mistake and that he will be reaching me in 10 mins. However, one hour had passed and there was no intimation of this person.
I called him repeatedly through different numbers including mine; however, he wouldn't answer and later blocked all the numbers due to which he was unreachable. After few hours, his phone became reachable but he kept disconnecting my calls.
I tried to reach out to Borzo through email and lodge a complaint; however they are not helpful and only compensating me with INR 2000 since INR 2000 was my declared value on the app while placing the order for pick up.
I even informed them that the actual value was INR 20000 but INR 2000 had been mentioned in error and in a state of hurry, which was later realised by me.

An order was confirmed by Borzo by taking advance money on app. Borzo app was searching for delivery boy for around 30mins, seeing no one available and it's was a festival time, so I decided to cancel and rebook through other delivery app. It's been 10 days and beyond but NOT received any kind of refund till date even after sending emails to various email id owned by Borzo including their senior management as well. But all in VAIN. Highly unprofessional and they seems to be in the market with wrong intent ! AVOID taking their services 100% unless you really wanted to have experience and lose your money. Beware of Borzo ! Highly Disappointed
Reply The guy took my package and also took the Cash also for the delivery but he did not deliver the package to the drop point. It is fraud app. And unable to contact the customer care too.
Worst worst delivery app , my stuff worth rs 20k got stolen today and delivery guy very conveniently is denying , ihave gone thru hell today , ive been panicking since last night and customer care is no help , ill be loging fir tomorrow against the delivery guy and company itslef , they arent helpful , its a complete fraud company hired with all gundas , delivery guy even said he would shoot me as he knows my address , abused me , is this what we pay for ? Do we deserve this ??
Respected Borzo These All Are Not Satisfy With These Company But I Am Satisfy Because When I Was Not Having Food To Eat And Not Having Money In My Pocket Then I Joined Borzo And That Time Borzo Only Help Me For Earning Money By Travelling By Train And Buses No Bike I Have Done My Job And I Earn The Money From Borzo I Really Love My Borzo Apps
Fraud courier company... Fraud delivery boy...... Disgusting people.... Not deliver the product and submit the status as delivered... Total scammed....
Delivery guy refused to deliver my order after picking it up. I asked for his location so that i could pick up my order from his location, however he refused to share his location. After that he blocked my number and did not receive the call from any other number. Customer support is terrible and not helpful at all. I will refrain from using their services in future.
These people are not at all reliable. If they destroy or break something that you asked for delivery they will ask for a bill. I have had horror of an experience with their Application, staff and customers Service. PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU CAN BE IN DANGER OF LOSING THE ITEMS THAT YOU TRANSPORT and there's no compensation for it as well. I had food delivery from my home to office. Delivery guy didn't pick my calls till 90 mins post delivery time and then conveniently said that he dropped my food.
The app needs to be improved - technically. I have always noticed that after I painstakingly feed in the proper address, and click on CREATE ORDER, the App changes the delivery address to something nearby - perhaps an order which was completed earlier for some other customer. For eg., I have fed in the address of Union Bank of India, Dahisar West Branch, Near RTO Dahisar. However, the app picks up some wierd address ... "Table NO: 23 ... Suraksha Auto Insurance, Opposite RTO ... What rubbish. Then I need to explain to the courier not to go by the address provided by the BORZO App but to go as per the address provided on the package. Team BORZO, Please ensure that you remove this bug. The services are otherwise very good.
Pickup guy taking extra charges canceled book courier waste of time, not recommend borzo app for courier. Worth services.
Pls improve on orders around Seremban area. We are not receiving orders accordingly. Then how to earn from your company. Weekly I just received one or two..is it ok to survive. No point just advertise but no orders for us to pickup and deliver. Hope the management will look into this issue and improve around Seremban area.thx
