I want to complain against the courier guy Surya Jaiswal from Borzo. I had clearly mentioned all the details in the app while creating the order in which I had mentioned the Pick up date "22" and Drop date "23" and also paid the full amount of 270rs but still he visited the drop location of same day "22" . I asked to go on the expected date but now he is asking 300rs additional amount to visit the place.

This is the worst delivery experience I have got with Borzo. If he is unable to read the details from the application atleast his supervisor should have informed him about the date. Problem seems to be from both employees. Now my parcel is missing and even support team is asking me to pay extra to get tha parcel delivered. As per other reviews from Borzo this company should be shutdown for good.
