order number is BV2289469 For a 500gm chocolate truffle cake and gifts for a total cost Rs 1448/-. i received only one cake, that also not chocolate truffle. As customers we also know difference between chocolate truffle and other cake. gift not received yet.

2. With the cake i had ordered gifts. the gifts have Also not been delivered by them.

3. Nobody from the given contact number is picking calls.

4. I expect early reconciliation. Correct delivery of order and delivery of all items ordered at the earliest....

I placed an order for my friend in Mumbai. But my order has not been delivered. Even after multiple calls and mails I am not answered. My money has been taken and I am cheated.

Blooms villa called me once when I have just put my items in the cart to know if I am facing any difficulty in placing my order but after that when I called them back to know the status of my order, the call isn't being received....

This is a proper example of a fraudulent website who are here to scam people. They are supposedly into the business of delivering gifts like flowers, bouquets, cakes etc. on same-day delivery basis but it's all a lie.

They don't deliver anything and it is impossible to contact them as they don't respond to calls/emails/chats and are also not responsive on their social media handles like Instagram, Facebook and Twitter.

They just take our money and not deliver on their promise which is basically cheating us. After realising I have been duped, I decided to dig deeper and realised that many people have lodged complaints against them on various online forums.

This is really not fair that these guys continue with their cheating business while innocent people suffer cause of their malicious practices. We need to take legal action against them and set an example by making them pay for their wrong doings.

They are absolutely fake and I really request someone to take an action against them and close their fake business down so that they stop spamming innocent people! This is highly criminal and unethical in nature.

They should be held accountable to issue a refund and also penalised for their actions. Please help us out!...

I have ordered flowers and chocolate from bloomsvilla.com site on occasion of rose day for my husband . I never received my order and also money got deducted from my account. I have attached the screenshot for it.

I have called the contact support number [Protected]around 10 times but no one is responding and also i have dropped an email to the [PROTECTED]@bloomsvilla.com to that also i never got a reply This is a fake site as no one responds to support contact number and also not to the emails.its really a frustrated situation for me as it spoiled my special occasion and also my valuable money.

Kindly take strict action against such site and help me in getting refund of RS 550 against order BV2113499. Later on i have seen reviews as well and everyone is complaining about it. Its not only me but many more such customer who has faced the same issue like never received the shipment no details of tracing no support person to ans the the queries and no auto generated email for shipment status.

Its a humble request to take action immediately so that no one else can put their money at such sites. ...
