I placed an order for my friend in Mumbai. But my order has not been delivered. Even after multiple calls and mails I am not answered. My money has been taken and I am cheated.
Blooms villa called me once when I have just put my items in the cart to know if I am facing any difficulty in placing my order but after that when I called them back to know the status of my order, the call isn't being received.
