I have ordered flowers and chocolate from bloomsvilla.com site on occasion of rose day for my husband . I never received my order and also money got deducted from my account. I have attached the screenshot for it.

I have called the contact support number [Protected]around 10 times but no one is responding and also i have dropped an email to the [PROTECTED]@bloomsvilla.com to that also i never got a reply This is a fake site as no one responds to support contact number and also not to the emails.its really a frustrated situation for me as it spoiled my special occasion and also my valuable money.

Kindly take strict action against such site and help me in getting refund of RS 550 against order BV2113499. Later on i have seen reviews as well and everyone is complaining about it. Its not only me but many more such customer who has faced the same issue like never received the shipment no details of tracing no support person to ans the the queries and no auto generated email for shipment status.

Its a humble request to take action immediately so that no one else can put their money at such sites.
