I made an order of auto focus reader glasses, and make payment online of Rs 569.05 my parcel delayed and I didn't received yet I don’t want this parcel anymore because they don’t deliver yet my order number is "OP63542 ". Kindly refund my amount of 569.05. When contacted to them they reply in mail you got your parcel in 2-3days but it has been so long as my parcel is too delayed as containing them several times my complaint cannot resolve I need my amount back.

I ordered an Auto Focus One Power specs on 22/11/2022 after seeing the ad and paid RS 499/- through mobile UPI, the amount deducted but no return message or confirmation of the order. So I can not track the order or refer it in my complaint.I have written emails to them with reminders but it seems they do not bother to any Law....

Two eye glasses were received, which were said to be Auto Focus, but just do not have any effect and makes vision more blurred.A fraudulent company...

Yesterday night dated 1/9 /22 I ordered 2products using code bestdeal10 and paid 1091.88/- through gpay. Products are allin one hair brush and specks.
Amount is debited from HDFC Bank but cart is still not empty and didn't receive my order ID even.

Hope my problem would be resolved soon.kindly look into the matter....

ORDER ID :49886 yesterday night i ordered auto focus glass when a ad came while browsing so first the ad about the glass looked good so i plan to put order so i put the order and payed 449 and after decided a good review from people so many told its not good and original they said dont buy so in fraction second at the time itself i cancelled by mail like they said in their website i gave a cancel reply to refund my money but no response from them pls help me to refund my amount pls take action seriously scammers....

I purchased the said Auto Focus One Power Readers glass based on the advertisement the company claimed, through COD. This item arrived today evening the 9th August, 2022 through the Courier Ekart. I paid the COD charges in full and when I opened the packet, it happened to be some cheap 'Made in China' specs with fake glasses.

When I tried these glasses (not real glasses though, just some cheap plastics), it gave me blurred vision. I was cheated of my hard earned money. When I tried to return the product, there was no return policy at all. If there were any, it only stated that product can be returned only if received in torn packaging and could not be replaced with other items.

Please raise this issue so that it reaches multiple people around and that authorities can take up some immediate steps to arrest these fake brand and fake people running the shows....

I order one power reader glass for that I paid Rs. 499/- I received the product which was not the original one and damage also screches, I tried to contact them, but all fake, email I did it was bounced,,, got another email and shoot the mail but no respond.....
No contact no. Please don't buy anything from bestdealseller.in they are big cheater

Best Deal Seller sells household goods/appliances online. Their website is bestdealseller.in. They are selling a product titled "Magic water pipe with spray gun for car and gardening".

From their display pictures it was clear that one end of the pipe could be attached to a normal tap. They had shown 2 types of nozzles to attach to the tap; one with screws and one without screws. (I have attached a picture of product on sale for convenience).

I received an incomplete item as per their own advertisement. The nozzle with screws was missing as an accessory rendering the item unusable with normal house taps as per their advertisement. (I have attached a picture of the missing item for convenience).

So it cannot be used as advertised. I have to buy extra accessories from the market to use it. When I asked for a return/refund they refused saying that they gave no return policy.

But on their site they have clearly advertised a 30 days Money Back Guarantee. And they also advertise that the item can be returned within 7 days of receiving the item. I received the item on May 20th May 2022.

I asked for the return on May 23rd 2022 which was within 3 days and hence well within their stipulated time period for returns. They still refused. So the item cannot be used as advertised.

They are refusing any action - return, refund or exchange. They have not even bothered to responded to my subsequent mails since the first one refusing to return or refund for the product....
