So the thing is they sent me a refund link on 22nd December. It had two options UPI and Bank Account. I selected bank account and after filling bank details a new page opened up in which i was supposed to enter the OTP. But OTP didn't came on my registered mobile no. Or email id because they has issued refund link against some unknown phone no. Or email which starts with 89 and ends with 58 and email starts with asw. This is not my registered no. Or email id. They didn't ask me before sending refund link. They didn't very my no. And email id. So the unknown person who received the link entered the details in upi and received refund. Now the co. Is saying that refund is successful from our end.

They are just fooling me around. Its been 13 days since i applied for refund. They dont reply to my messages. Customer support is worst. When asked to talk to senior they say they are busy. I am a CA student and i have to study for my upcoming. Because of their stupidity and all this hassle i am not able to focus on my studies. I am being tortured mentally by their team. Its not a small amount. It really matters for me. They are not sending me new refund link.

They just say we are checking with our team and we will solve it within 3-4 days. And now just like that 15 days have already passed. I request the authority to look into my concern and solve it within 2-3 days. I cant wait more. I am not able to focus on my studies. Its really affecting me mentally. I have all the proofs, my bank statement etc. I didn't receive any refund.

And without solving my issue they marked my ticket as resolved and closed it. They just keep making fake promises to solve it within 3-4 days. Please help me. Its my very humble request to the concerned person. I have all the proofs of bank statement. No refund has been provided to me....

Respected Sir, I purchased on 21.12.2021 Invoice No.CM[Protected]from Bata Showroom at Sahakar Nagar, Bengaluru. I am using the new purchased shoes on alternative days as I already have one pair of BATA shoe only means hardly I used 15-20 days after purchase.

I am using only BATA shoes since last 10 years. Due to proper fitting issues & I never noticed such issues in BATA in last 10 years. This is the first time I came across this type of problem.

I wish to purchase the same model again as I had. but due to non availability at showroom, they informed/even forced me to take this other model. My issue is within one month that to, I wore hardly 15-20 days, it got damaged at toe i.e front side.

Being your old, valuable & loyal customer of BATA, I requested them to replace on 21.01.2022 with other model but they denied. Sir, In this particular model shoe has upper portion is bigger and is little bit outside the bottom sole due to which this type of problem is coming.

This is manufacturing or model defect but they are not agree to this. Therefore I request them to replace with other model but they denied. This is for your kind information & necessary action if any.

I have asked for refund on 4th September and still the refund is not received. Each time i have to call company to remind them. Their handling of complaint process is the worst. I have ordered shoes from BATA showroom in Preet Vihar on 30th July 2021,

It supposed to reach me in two days but it did not reached me, when i found they said it was stolen from delivery agent. i asked for refund. From that time first i generated complaint # 109306.

Then i emailed them then i called twice to them to remind them about my complaint. Still not got refund. I don’t have time to remind company each time that they have to refund me. What is the policy of refund they have and what is the TAT.

More than Money Company has wasted my time to make them call and remind. It is such a BAD & WORST EXPERIENCE. I called them on 22nd September CCE said it will be done in a week.

Then I called then 23rd October, CCE said it will be done by MONDAY. But if I would not have called them then what happened. Is that a joke. Please do the needful....

I had purchased a bata belle shoe almost a month back and I wore it today for the first time for around 4-5 hrs. I had purchased this shoe from Bata and the amount was around 700.

In one use the sole of the shoe broke off as if it's a 10year old chappal I am using. I cannot imagine the degree to which the quality has degraded of Bata. Bata has been my go to shop for comfortable shoes from my childhood.

What is it that you guys are now using as raw material???! If you want I can send you the picture of the shoes and the desolate state it is in after just one use!! I can never imagine buying again from Bata and will definitely discourage others.

Either return my money or exchange the shoe with a better quality one....

I have placed an order for Sandals in bata.in on Aug 2. I got an email that order is dispatched but they never actually shipped the product. After few days when I called them, they said there is an issue with Product quality.

And they cannot ship it and they will refund the money. They registered a complaint 97883 on Aug 14 to refund money. I never got my money back and I have called so many times till now and they keep saying same answer that my money is going to be refunded in 3-5 days.

Please help, I want to sue this company for keeping my money for so long and wasting my time....

I have ordered online grey unisex kids shoes on 8th august from bata store ashram road, Ahmedabad & order number is 1012577, status was showing order cancelled by shipper, so i requested for refund & called in customer care department 6-7 times.

Every time they replied wait 8-9 working days, 4-5 working days, 24hours etc etc. Every time i waited till their given times. Again i called & got same answer but nobody refund my amount Rs. 699/-.

I sent my bank detail twice. Also i visited bata store twice, one of time they also talked with customer care executive but not getting my result. Today is 2 months completed from my order date. Waiting for my refund....

I have purchased a new Bata footwear from Bata showroom in Anna Nagar for Rs. 1699.00 on 21/02/2021. Due to the Corona pandemic, I was not able to go anywhere. On 28/6/2021 as the shops were open, I went to a dress showroom - In Store where I was just standing and purchasing the clothes.

I felt very uneasy and my legs were in pain. I was shocked to see my footwear, the sole was fully damaged and it was coming out. The whole place where I was standing was full of white powder. It was so embarrassing in the shop. I have not even walked much- I went to the Instore shop by Car and walked from the parking lot to the shop.

I would like to state that after purchasing the new footwear from Bata I had kept it in my house and did not use it. For the last two month Corona pandemic was very high in our area so we were not able to move out of the house, so the new footwear with the box I safely kept in my house in the same way how it was kept in the showroom.

I feel that I have been cheated by the Bata Company by providing me with old or damaged stock of footwear. Bata has sold me the old and damaged stock, which got horribly teared off in one use. So I wrote a requesting mail to Bata Company informing them about the whole incidence and requested them to replace the damaged footwear.

They were so rude they just ignored by saying "The concern raised by you in this product is due to serrated use and cannot be replaced”. I want justice as I trusted blindly Bata Company and purchased a footwear of Rs. 1700/- and was not able to use once also. Please help me to get consumer right.

I had purchased sandals from Bata e-website for Rs 996 on 27th July 2021. They delivered wrong size and so I had to return the product. After successful pick up within 4-5 days of the product, they issued a credit note to my Bata account.

But I wanted it to be credited to my account i.e. source of payment. So I called Bata customer care multiple times for that purpose and every time they said we are initiating your refund and it will be issued back to your account in 3-4 working days.

I have been waiting till now and following up on calls and emails but the customer care of Bata has been of no help as I still haven’t received my money back. On top of that, now even the credit note which was visible earlier and valid for 3 months is also gone from my Bata account.

Can someone please help me getting my money back as Bata is not bothered to resolve this issue....
