Hello. Autoglam.in is a total Scam. On the 21st of September 2023, I decided to place an order of accessories(grill, taillight) for my Toyota Innova Crysta which was for sale at Autoglam website. At that time i was convinced as everything seemed legit. They had a proper website with all the details including office address, customer service phone numbers etc. They even have a YouTube channel, Facebook & Instagram page. Having seen all the i decided to pull the trigger & transfer the money to a proper Company account which they provided.

They were very helpful at first with good customer service & even gave me a discount. Then the real scam began when they started dodging my calls & messages which they later transferred me to their so called “Shipping” department. The “shipping” department constantly keeps messaging saying ‘sorry for the delay’ & ‘we’ll ship your items soon’ for the past 7 months now to avoid having me register a case against them. They are a very well organized scam & had I not been busy I would’ve filed a case sooner but now I’m going to very soon. I want the people to know especially the car community not to fall for such scammers who feed off of our hard earned money....

Recently i ordered Creta bumper after paying 4500. Auto glam so far didn't sent the product and giving fake promises. Tomorrow will ship. They are disconnting the calls and not responding. If we update in YouTube channel. Wanted ky they delete it. Please don't order anything from them. Almost 22 days now. Every time they disconnect the call and shout at us. Even they scolded many time's. They are playing game with us and money. I never experienced such things in my Life. The person every day gives advertisement in YouTube and delete our comments immediately. He's one of the fraud. Please don't order from them.

Below is the address of the shop. Ok Take necessary action against the company. They are playing with the hard earned money of the customers. Government should take prior action and arrest the bastards and the team as we'll. Please take action against them within the time and please reply me the result ASAP. I need the answer from them. BJP government should take FIR case against them inorder to save the public from Auto glam company.

SCAM RETAILER
Dear Complaint Room / Consumer Protection Team.this is to being to your attention about www.AutoGlam.in ( GLAM RETAIL PRIVATE LIMITED ) based in New Delhi. I have Paid for the VW Vento Projector Headlamps - valued at INR 39,800/- to Auto Glam.in ( Bank Operating under name of Glam Retail Pvt Limited) [ Bank Payment advise can be furnished ] The retailer seemed legit - as they have a couple of K followers on Instagram , Youtube etc and had fallen to their trap about making a payment for a product i wanted - i.e - Volkswagon Vento Dual HID Projector headlamps.

They respond quickly only till the time they have received a payment. post which - there is either no response , or they just communicate in syllables!However once the payment ( Paid Via Online Bank Transfer ) has been made - despite attempts to obtain in shipping and tracking info - the AutoGlam Team ( +[Protected]Whatsapp Number ) - they just direct you to check the status of the shipment with another number - i.e - +[Protected]. which too is in vain - as they dont provide in response, and neither they provide in accurate details.

This transaction occurred on 17 September 2023 .Post which - each time, you try to reach Auto Glam Team - they are unresponsive - and is unable to provide a definite timeline on Product Delivery - although upon placing the order it was assured the product would be dispatched immediately. however this has not happened as of today 03 Oct 2023.

Hence need a full refund - as i no longer trust AutoGlam - and now i also dont trust the product advertises / sells. I also seek the Indian cyber team to shut down this website in order to assist other possible customers falling into their trap and losing their hard earned money....

I have ordered from a set of protected Headlight of ecosport car. After full payment on 7.07.2023, a confirmation message was received. But till date product is neither dispatched nor any updates are being given even they are not bothered about responding....

My order no 18232 paid in full , been 7 days no update on shipping or order shipped.I had ordered on Monday .have not received any update so far not is your shipping no responding .looks like a scam . Very bad reveries this site has . Shows 5000 followers on Facebook but must be all bought fake likes on fb. Please avoid buying form then . Had commented on their Facebook page regarding my order But they keep deleting my posts . Scam Alert....

Absolute Frauds. Never ever buy from them. I placed an order for honda city spoiler. While they were very prompt in replying before the order was placed, it was a completely different story once the payment is made. They delayed the shipping by a month and there is no way to call or escalate. They only respond with random messages in whatsapp about your order. When the shipment reached after a month, I saw the product was damaged and broken. It also looked used. Its been a month since and they have stopped responding to whatsapp messages. My money is stuck and these frauds give a damn. If you are reading this, please do not deal with them ever. ...

I had made a purchase Order #7915 and had paid RS 4399 on it on the 23rd of February. Today is the 4th of March and I still haven't got any updates on the order despite contacting them everyday.

They don't pick up phone calls, they only respond on whatsapp saying, "Today we will send you shipping updates." every single time. Highly unprofessional behavior from the people who run this website.

I urge anyone who sees this, to never purchase anything from this scam of a website....

I had ordered online via their website for order number 7234 on 15 Nov.
This was for Nudge Guard for Rs 9999. However even after one week and multiple follow ups they are refusing to ship. NBC

Customer care lady said they are from sales and not concerned about shipment once payment is received.

She asked me to send WhatsApp message to other number and wait for response.

Despite waiting for 4-5 days with multiple messages and calls no response was Received.

Finally when I threatened to launch a police complaint, their owner responded. When complained to owner about his team’s behaviour he was equally adamant, abusive and threatening and said that he will get the ACPs and DCPs of Delhi police who are his customers to teach me a lesson.

He was demanding that I give evidence that his team is incompetent and only after that he will reply when all I was demanding was an explanation on why they can’t reply to calls or messages and how can they say to customer that once payment is received sales team isn’t concerned about order fulfilment as they get hundreds of such orders and follow-ups.

They are a complete fraud and scammers. Please ask other consumers to stay away from them and help me get my product or refund....

This is in reference to the order no 6537 I placed through Autoglams website, DRL Fog lamps for Hyundai I20, the transaction is in the amount of RS 7849 which was made via debit card, the company send me an invoice for the purchase which was made on the 3rd of August.

I placed the order post checking with customer service regarding price, logistics and stock availability, I even have a call recording for the same, I've been contacting them everyday since then however has never bothered to share the tracking details nor gave me a proper response.

Today is the 19th of August, the whole purpose of the purchase was to get the car fog lights changed, I even got the car post painting today which was a two week process however yet no response from the Autoglam team.

I humbly request the board to consider my petition and take strict action against these fraudsters and also compensate me for the stress I had to go through if possible....
