I had ordered products worth 2400 rs from this Instagram business account. I had ordered these products to receive by 13th March. But by mistake (a typo) I mentioned April 13th. However the package was sent by ordinary post from tilak nagar to Kerala. It was sent on 12th March and no update was received from postage tracking after a few days. They asked me to go to post office in my place and check. They said it has reached Nagpur and will take another 10 days to get it available at Kerala. Finally I got it on 27th. Remember it's a prepaid order and took 15 days to deliver. They said it's because I said the order is needed only on April 13th they sent it ordinary post. In between lied me also saying it's sent by Air. This I also kep quiet as there is a mistake on my part as well.

Now the package was opened and to my surprise the tags said XL whereas I ordered XXL. When I informed they said you better measure and see it's 42". I thought may be they are right. I went home and measured. All the dresses are or different sizes (38", 40" and another 39"). Nothing was 42". Another halter neck top was XXL labelled and it was a good fit for me. I informed this to the business with pictures as evidence. Instantly they blocked me in Instagram and left with no solution.

I had asked for a broader strap and the one they sent was 1". I expected a much broader strap and they claimed then it is not camitop it is tunic. They were trying to teach me fashion. I understood it's of no use speaking to such people and agreed okay let's leave this. To my alas the straps of 3 camitops were also different in size.

I was ready to leave this matter considering them as a small business owner. But I went to their page through my other Instagram account and checked and found their attitude with so much bad remarks. The attitude of them leaving me blocked and non responsive prompts me to take time (even in my busy schedule) to write a complaint just to make them understand that such sellers should value and consider their customer's hard earned money. These days money won't grow simply.

They have blocked me without saying anything. Not even a sorry even after me sharing the measurements with the tape on it as proof. A simple sorry would have solved my issue. I had clearly mentioned I don't need refund. But they need to understand my order was not satisfactorily delivered and accepted. Requesting you to take an adequate action against this please....

They are fake , remove them from insta clothing , they are cheaters, just they take orders and money and then they are lost. no way to contact them. and they block you.

I have made payment on May 14. She said me she will dispatch on Tuesday. Till now I didn't get my order she didn't reply to my message after sometime she blocked me. How responsible these peole are... This is how they run a business. Apart from money I really stressed out. I ordered for my maternity wear. Pls let me know what to do to get my money back....

On 15 April 2023 I ordered 2 tops and on 9 may 2023 after so many msg I received my order I opened that order with opening video and saw that only one top is received another top is not received. And they are not replying anything on my issue sent so many msgs and calls....

Anutamaya took the combined order from me on 17th Feb-2023, after repeat follow up out of 03 articles 02 were delivered and 01 set of Rs 1100 was missing from the order. After this they have shared the wrong docket number of dispatch and not stopped responding. They are constantly online but not responding.

On being provoked, they asked to check with Post office with wrong docket dispatch details. This behavior is highly unexpected and annoying. They didn't respond even on whatsapp..didn't call back. don't purchase from them. they should be blacklisted....

I ordered 3 tops from Anutamaya Clothing Brand on 8th Feb of 2023. They said they have some issue with the manager so the delivery is delayed till 22nd Feb,2023. It’s March 1st now they didn’t even respond to any of my texts after that. My order amount is a total of Rs.1430. And I would like to get the refund from them....

So I ordered a 2 tube tops and 1 boxy shirt from their Instagram account, anutamayaofficial. The boxy shirt was okay but the stitching on tube tops was completely wrong. They made the length more than double of what a tube top is supposed to be. Upon mentioning that on Instagram, they were extremely rude and not willing to make any amends.

She shared photos of how the top is supposed to be, and I sent her photos comparing it next to a actual tube top, she simply ignored to acknowledge her mistake. Once she released that there was complete mess up in stitching, she stopped responding to my messages on Instagram and blocked me from WhatsApp.

She was extremely unreasonable and extremely rude. One of my friends experienced a similar behavior from their staff.

I would recommend against purchasing absolutely anything from this store....

I had ordered a white palazzo pant and while ordering I had clearly mentioned my measurements and the fact that it should not be see-through at all as I also wanted to wear it tops and they assured me that it is completely opaque. Upon receiving the order, the pants did not fit and it was completely see-through.

I asked for the refund/exchange policy and came across a previous chat where they mentioned that I could not apply for either. I was okay with it as they mentioned that I can alter it and the size was true if I completely stretched it but I still brought up the visibility aspect and they asked for pictures. I told them that I cannot provide them with pictures because my underpants were completely visible and I feel uncomfortable.

They persisted on sending proof so I sent a picture of my arms inside the pant leg where the stripes on my shirt were completely visible. Then they argued that it is a dark color so I sent a picture of the pants with a nude color underwear and sent a picture. Then they rudely disapproved and repeatedly asked for pictures of me wearing it.

I told them that I am not comfortable exposing myself when the pants are see-through and my entire buttocks would be visible. They were rude and did not accept the fact that their product is not what they actually claim to be. They argued that the picture of the pants with the visible underpants is different from when I actually wear them. I completely disagree.

Even more so, if it is visible without anyone wearing it, it will be all the more visible after someone wears it. I asked them not to message me again and still sent one more rude message after which they blocked me. It is more than obvious that I have lost my money and my right to raise a voice on social media. ...

We have ordered the product was ordered way before 15th may 2022 and the payment of the order was done on may 16 2022. We have received messages saying the package has been sent but no further contact.

They are not responding to the messages either but upload various advertisements on their page. I would like to know if they’ll provide me with my product or return the paid amount....

I ordered 3 tops on 10th May, it has been 21 days and I have not even received a tracking ID. They just reply once in a while saying "hi, just a moment" or "hi, have you received your parcel" and then no follow up whatsoever.

They said the parcel will be sent in 7-11 days but 21 days and not even a single update, tracking ID, SMS or any such thing. I paid 1100 and they are not even suggesting a refund or even giving a tracking ID.

I have sent quite a few messages where they give dismissive replies and don't take it seriously at all....
