One of the worst customer service. No proper response. If you call them they dont pick up. They are very irresponsible that way. The promise one day and dont even bother to stick to it. You dont know when you ll get your orders.

Contd. from above - The person got extremely rude with me when I called out his lies, and asked again for the tracking number. He had sent me the details on 3rd June whereas the parcel was not dispatched till 7th, in the screenshot he provided. He started yelling at me, and saying I should accept his lies, and who do I think I am - God or what? He was extremely rude and abusive, and I pointed out that I have been waiting over a month for my order and followed up over a dozen times and was extremely polite. He said nobody forced me to order and that I was shameless. Needless to say, i have still not received my order, or any kind of refund.

I tried ordering clothes worth 2400 from Anutamaya, paid through Gpay at the time of the order itself. I was told it would take 10-12 days, however it has been 5 weeks since I ordered. 1 kept following up, but no response. I was extremely polite and understood that small businesses must have a lot of DMs, however they were posting everyday, but didn't reply to me for ages. When they did they sent me a DTDC tracking number (after I followed up 7-8 times over a period of 3 weeks). This number was not of a valid order and I kept asking them to help me. They said they would but did not track the order, and I had to keep following up. They then sent me a screenshot saying the package has reached by hometown. I noticed that the order number in the screenshot was completely different and it was an IndiaPost screenshot, not DTDC. I asked about this and the person said it was a typo and deleted his previous message. I also said that my hometown was not even mentioned in the screenshot they sent
