We have ordered the product was ordered way before 15th may 2022 and the payment of the order was done on may 16 2022. We have received messages saying the package has been sent but no further contact.

They are not responding to the messages either but upload various advertisements on their page. I would like to know if they’ll provide me with my product or return the paid amount.
