Myself a common man from arunachal pradesh,roing ordered a Adidas jacket from the Adidas india app on 4th September 2023 . It was expected to be deliver by 12 or before that . It took so long for them for send me my parcel , it was stuck in Guwahati for more than 4 days . Today I received my order after a long , tedious days .when I got the parcel I was shocked , angered , confused it was looking like a shoe box or something else,yet I opened it it front of the delivery boy , he was shocked too and said sorry.i was really angry , I showed him the item I ordered from Adidas India app. The AWB number was same but the item in it was very different, it was supposed to be a Adidas jacket instead of that I got a footpath, cheap trash looking shoe with red inserts with a unknown box of brown colour.

The packaging of the parcel was done in a Flipkart cover , while the courier sticker shows the item from Adidas india by xpressbeesi was cheated /scam ,whatever it is . I tried to contact their customer care number,yet it won't work and email them ,but not of any satisfaction. Kindly do resolve my issue and help xpressbees to refund me back my money and raise this issues to the higher officials of the company so that it won't eve r happened to me or anyone else.

Xpressbees is the worst delivery service ever. I ordered more than 100 items online yet this is the first time I got scammed/cheated this hard , saved my pocket money to buy a jacket for winter . Man xpressbees is the worst delivery service ever . I sincerely think the officials of the company should see this issues not only mine , many more like me....

On Aug 1,2022, I received my order and due to size issue I have raised a return which was picked up n they received on 8th of Aug, then I have not received any info for refund. I emailed them but no response so i called them after 2 days they said I have to submit a refund form then they will initiate the refund.

They didn't send me anything so on the same day they sent me a refund form n told to wait for 14 days. I wait n after 15 16 days i called them n asked they said to wait for a week. I wait, then they said there was some issue so i need to submit refund form again. I was so pissed, they didn't even share any update n how will we know their error.

I submitted the form again on 26 n ask me to wait. Still i have not received my refund which is 4099 rs. Please take action against this fraud company. They are scammers....

Ordered adidas slides with order id AIN01107745 with cash on delivery which i returned due to sizing issue as not same as adidas adilette which i already own had to constantly call customer care regularly and they give different excuses and don’t reply to mail after so much struggle i have sent a written grievance to registered office and corporate office which had no benefits still ididn’t got my refund worth 2974 which the product successfully passed quality check and mentioned as returned and refunded soon in social campaigning saw many other had the same issue so much panicked so request you to resolve my case as soon as possible already its been more than 13 days....

Placed an order with Adidas which was delivered to me on 8th April 2022. Due to an issue with the size of the product that was ordered, I immediately raised a return request with Adidas.

After 2-3 attempts of raising the request, the order was finally picked up by the courier partner on 10th of April. I was asked by Adidas to provide my bank details over email since it was a cash on delivery order, the refund was to be done on the respective bank account.

It has been 12 days since the pick up however, no refund has been received by me. Today, on 20th June when I Spoke to the customer service team they blatantly told me that they are unable to perform quality checks and the refund is therefore not processed.

Due to a fault at their end, I cannot keep waiting for the refund especially of an amount of Rs. 576. Kindly assist in resolving the issue. The order number for the respective order was: AIN00658007.

I had ordered shoes but got different shoes in the package, I had mentioned the same to them and they approved after I shared all the information with them , after collection they’re telling that I had send the wrong product to them.

I had shared the same images of the product which I got in the package and also returned the same, now after talking to them every day they said that they’re sending back the wrong shoes to me and I need to keep them or I won’t be getting anything.

'They’re harassing me, I got the delivery of the product in first week of December, and till date I am suffering, no one is helping, kindly help me out, everyday I am calling them, and they’re reverting with you’ll get a call back by tomorrow, it’s almost a month now, they are blaming me for their fault.

I had paid 8999, and what I am getting here is torture, no updates on email, no call backs, nothing they’re not helping me out instead telling me no to do anything and blaming me of their own mistakes and faults.

This is our first order from them and that’s how they’ll cheat the customer, they show something and send something else in the package and then torture customer to keep the wrong one or customer wont get anything.

First they approved it after checking the images and called me to confirm the same and told me that you’ll get the refund with 24-48 hrs and now they’re saying that we haven’t send the wrong,

After accepting their mistake then they said we send the correct product, I don’t know on what basis they are taking or took things, My order Id is AIN00239719 , ordered date is 30/11/2021

And got the delivery on 3rd Dec 2021 and from 3rd Dec and till date no revert regarding this issue and they pickup the same on 7th Dec 2021 , it’s a month now , still they’re telling to wait 24-48hrs from 8th Dec 2021

But till date u didn’t got the refund, I just want my money back as they had already picked it up from my address, I don’t want anything from Adidas, I just wont my money back and every day they had wasted 2 hrs almost everyday, 1/2 hr to 45 mins they took to just connect to the customer care agent,

I don’t want anything from Adidas, just my refund I’ll never buy anything from this brand in future and will share this with my close ones too. I want my money back that’s it.

And they’re saying upfront what you’ll do, what you can do they think that customer can’t do anything, I am requesting you to please help me out for the same, I am hoping a good news from your end....

I have returned one adidas shoes last month but i did not got my refund yet i mailed them call them so many times but they still dint respond they cut my call every time.
