Adidas: Wrong Product Received

I had ordered shoes but got different shoes in the package, I had mentioned the same to them and they approved after I shared all the information with them , after collection they’re telling that I had send the wrong product to them.

I had shared the same images of the product which I got in the package and also returned the same, now after talking to them every day they said that they’re sending back the wrong shoes to me and I need to keep them or I won’t be getting anything.

'They’re harassing me, I got the delivery of the product in first week of December, and till date I am suffering, no one is helping, kindly help me out, everyday I am calling them, and they’re reverting with you’ll get a call back by tomorrow, it’s almost a month now, they are blaming me for their fault.

I had paid 8999, and what I am getting here is torture, no updates on email, no call backs, nothing they’re not helping me out instead telling me no to do anything and blaming me of their own mistakes and faults.

This is our first order from them and that’s how they’ll cheat the customer, they show something and send something else in the package and then torture customer to keep the wrong one or customer wont get anything.

First they approved it after checking the images and called me to confirm the same and told me that you’ll get the refund with 24-48 hrs and now they’re saying that we haven’t send the wrong,

After accepting their mistake then they said we send the correct product, I don’t know on what basis they are taking or took things, My order Id is AIN00239719 , ordered date is 30/11/2021

And got the delivery on 3rd Dec 2021 and from 3rd Dec and till date no revert regarding this issue and they pickup the same on 7th Dec 2021 , it’s a month now , still they’re telling to wait 24-48hrs from 8th Dec 2021

But till date u didn’t got the refund, I just want my money back as they had already picked it up from my address, I don’t want anything from Adidas, I just wont my money back and every day they had wasted 2 hrs almost everyday, 1/2 hr to 45 mins they took to just connect to the customer care agent,

I don’t want anything from Adidas, just my refund I’ll never buy anything from this brand in future and will share this with my close ones too. I want my money back that’s it.

And they’re saying upfront what you’ll do, what you can do they think that customer can’t do anything, I am requesting you to please help me out for the same, I am hoping a good news from your end.
