On Aug 1,2022, I received my order and due to size issue I have raised a return which was picked up n they received on 8th of Aug, then I have not received any info for refund. I emailed them but no response so i called them after 2 days they said I have to submit a refund form then they will initiate the refund.

They didn't send me anything so on the same day they sent me a refund form n told to wait for 14 days. I wait n after 15 16 days i called them n asked they said to wait for a week. I wait, then they said there was some issue so i need to submit refund form again. I was so pissed, they didn't even share any update n how will we know their error.

I submitted the form again on 26 n ask me to wait. Still i have not received my refund which is 4099 rs. Please take action against this fraud company. They are scammers.
