zari banaras is fraud website,, i had ordered 2 ear rings for my wife looking at those beautiful pictures. What i received a very cheap quality product, prices are not just expensive, they are multifold of actual prices. I found similar products at 20% of their price. I should have checked the online reviews before ordering. for any online shopping Please always check reviews !!

The brand cheats you on their return policy. Its a shame that in spite their return acceptance as per their online policy for my particular product, they went silent and no one came to pick up the product. They sent a wrong size to me in spite checking with me before sending the product. And then when I am following up on the emails and phone calls, they sometimes write that they do not want the product to be returned or I need to pay Rs 1200 for return charges which did not mentioned in their return policy. In spite all this, return has not been processed and hardly any communication from their side. What a shame that a brand as this can give such a horrid experience

Would have never ordered from Zari banaras had I read the reviews before. The products displayed on website seem to be of supreme quality but in reality the quality of the products is really cheap. I bet the customer won't return to this site to order again. The overall customer experience is pathetic. They don't mention the return policy properly below the actual product and have mentioned the return policies somewhere else in detail which is really shady. One should display the actual return policy below the product and not the general return policy (2 days return) which doesn't even apply to that product. Very cheap tactic. Later, they refuse to return the product by pointing you to some weird return policies. Never buying anything from Zari banaras ever again. They are fraudsters.

Hi We bought six Sarees from Zari Benaras . Got so worried after reviews from this site . There return policy is just not acceptable. There is no way you can cancel any Sarees within five min after your purchase . They reply back immediately saying Sarees have been shipped . To our surprise we received all six Sarees in two weeks time . They were very good quality and matched the description as per the website . I want Zari Benaras to have option of cancellation and choose different saree and be more flexible in their buying purchase .
