I had purchased a saree from them. They sent a very bad saree. The saree looks old, crushed , not polished.When i tried to contact, first they did not pick up. After complaining on their email and whatsapp, they called up saying they will pick up saree and deduct Rs150 because i chose to buy from them.

Now, i am not sure if they will refund my money also.Please think before buying. Consider the hassle of getting crushed, old saree and talking to customer care for hours, loosing your money....

Dear team,
This is with reference to order I'd ZB-28888 which I placed from the company's ZariBanaras.com online web site. Against this order, I have generated the return of items against the order I'd ZB-28888, but it is still showing pending.

Yesterday I received a random call, that person claiming herself to be your company's representative. She was threatening me and forcing me to have the items which I found to be of inferior quality.

How can such threatening is acceptable?? What about the timeline for closure of refund at your end??? You can not legally hold the money like this. It is very harassing.

I ordered each item looking at the return policy at individual item page. Being a customer, I am not supposed to receive such threatening from your end, such illegalities are not acceptable.

Neither you can force me to take the products which I am finding it of inferior quality and waste my hard earned money. Neither you are sending the status of refund through email. It is breach of trust and customer rights.

Such fraudulent was never expected from the reputed brand like you. You are requested to issue the refund at the earliest and resolve the issue....

Order no ZB-20835, I ordered the product on 22 October 2021 for Diwali, the order got delayed by more than 10 days, so I called their customer care number ([Protected]) on Dhanteras i.e 02/11/2021 to cancel the product as the product was not even shipped as per their tracking status while talking only the girl asked me to hold,

And she made the assignment as shipped (i know that as immediately I received the message as shipped), what was I supposed to do with that product as I ordered the product for diwali only,

I asked to cancel the product but the executive denied to cancel and asked me to return the product after receiving the parcel, on 6th of November I received the parcel, products were of very cheap quality.

So I initiated the return but now they are refusing to return the product and asking me to buy any other product of the same price, after marking the mails again and again and even by taking to their customer care unit is of no use,

She is only saying that she will get back to me in sometime but they will never call, If they will not return my money I will go to National Consumer helpline for further help.

I ordered two products of 12000, and the quality you can see in the image is not even wearable. Please don’t buy from them, they are running a fraud business any legitimate business will have easy return and good customer support....

It seems Varanasi based Zari Banaras is a fraud e-commerce company. I ordered a saree on 5th October 2021. Order No ZB-19832. When I didn’t get any information on shipment after 8 days, I contacted their customer care.

They promised me that product would definitely be delivered on 16/10/2021. But as on 15th October 2021 there is no information about shipment of my order. I have been given tracking I’d of Blue Dart but there is no information on Blue Dart tracking site.

I would not have ordered from this site if I had read the review about this company.
Never ever order from this company....

I have order banarsi saree from zaribanaras.com, with order no. ZB-12467 which is taking to late to be delivered so I return it midway but received call from their customer care that I have to take product in order to initiate a return but when it is delivered the fabric of saree is of cheap quality not worth its price so i tried to return itagain but it is showing in online site return rejected even without applying.

So I have mailed their customer care but they were not replying back. Then again I mailed them then mail came that I can return it only within two days. But how can I return it when they are not showing return option....
