I purchased an earring set on 18th june and i still haven't got the order. The customer service is very poor. They take your money and dont even have the minimum decency to tell you about the order or its whereabouts. I had to send multiple texts to get one vague reply saying it was dispatched and would come "anytime" after almost 3 months.

And then when i asked for a refund they dont reply. Or even see the text and blame it on the number of texts they receive everyday. Its a very pathetic. Its been 3 and a half months and i still haven't got the order. Ive tried to ask them multiple times to refund. Its the worst type of customer service.

Never buy anything from there. I dont know if you can believe all the reviews they put up on Instagram saying that people got their order . But almost 4 months in i dont see my order coming any soon.
