I have ordered a parcel 2 cards of ear pieces and one neck piece from the Instagram page the_jewellery_hub__ on sep 12 th 2022, until now i dint get my parcel nor did i receive any info on its status.When asked they said it's been dispatched. But i dint receive it yet and when tried to contact them, i couldn't. Online transaction is done prior. Pls get me my refund coz i don't seem to get my parcel anyways.
