I have ordered a parcel 2 cards of ear pieces and one neck piece from the Instagram page the_jewellery_hub__ on sep 12 th 2022, until now i dint get my parcel nor did i receive any info on its status.When asked they said it's been dispatched. But i dint receive it yet and when tried to contact them, i couldn't. Online transaction is done prior. Pls get me my refund coz i don't seem to get my parcel anyways....

I purchased an earring set on 18th june and i still haven't got the order. The customer service is very poor. They take your money and dont even have the minimum decency to tell you about the order or its whereabouts. I had to send multiple texts to get one vague reply saying it was dispatched and would come "anytime" after almost 3 months.

And then when i asked for a refund they dont reply. Or even see the text and blame it on the number of texts they receive everyday. Its a very pathetic. Its been 3 and a half months and i still haven't got the order. Ive tried to ask them multiple times to refund. Its the worst type of customer service.

Never buy anything from there. I dont know if you can believe all the reviews they put up on Instagram saying that people got their order . But almost 4 months in i dont see my order coming any soon....

I made an order with them and it’s been more than a month they haven’t sent the order plus they are not telling where the order is they are not responding now and no tracking was given please help us! There are so many girls like this trapped in there frauds like this please connect back and help us to take them down....

I had ordered jewelries from a website called the jewellery hub (girls glam) via Instagram on 8/6/22. It's been more than a month but have not received the product yet. I have msgd, e-mailed, called, commented on their posts but no response. Once they msgd me saying "dispatched" but i haven't received it yet. Then again they asked me for screenshot regarding my order but they haven't seen the msg yet. On top of that they blocked me on WhatsApp....
