Wrong Bill Generated

I have done my 2 connection of vi from 4 connection last month. This month i have got bill from vi for 4 connection rs 1650. When I was visited vi store they refused to change bill also I have tried to change by costumer care services.
They also refused to change. Also i can't generate my PORT code.
