Vodafone Idea: Unlawful and harsh behavior of VI store employees

Hi. I have been a very old customer of Vodafone. My number is more than 15 years old. I never had issues with Vodafone or Vi until today. Last M9nday, I sent someone to pay my bill (I have three vi numbers under one plan). He paid the bill around 2pm after waiting for more than half an hour as the staff were having a lunch break. Isn't it weird that VI closes for lunch???

Moreover, they refused to give the the receipt saying that the customer will receive msg and amount will get credited immediately. I waited till 6:30pm. I didn't receive any msg nor the amount was credited. I restarted my handset twice. I went to the store. The store is at Prince Anwar Shah Road, next to South City Residency, Kolkata 68. I asked for the manager. They said he's inside and a bit busy. They were neither sorry nor willing to listen. They supported each other, refused to call the manager saying that he's on a medical leave (though initially they said he was inside). They refused to accept their mistake and kept blaming me. When I started recording, they also started recording me unlawfully. They can't record a woman without permission. They were pretty adamant.

They accused me for abusing them.when I asked them to prove as they were also recording me, they couldn't. Three of them attacked me together. The fourth person was busy recording me. There was a lady staff as well. The main person Rajesh kept lying. He first said there was a technical problem then he said my Sim had a problem, he also accused me for not restarting my handset. Last but not the least, the store Mgr called me yesterday. His name is Amit Das. He is not unwell as the staff had mentioned. Amit accused my employee for giving the wrong number. I recorded everything on video on Monday. They only had excuses, not solutions nor were they sorry for the error and charged me and misbehaved.

I received confirmation of my payment at 6:38 pm when the amount was paid at 2pm. It was completely their fault. I reported the matter on VI's fb page. No action has been taken yet. Please help! Thanks.
