Dear sir.
I have purchased Vi SIM ([Protected]) through online on June 23, 2022. That is showing as Postpaid. On the same day activated also. The next day June 24th Sunday, June 25th Monday offices closed in my surrounding area due to Bonaalu pilgrimage. On June 26th visited Mehdipatnam Vi Office and raised POST2PRE conversion request from the same mobile number.
First 2 times failed as 'incorrect CAF entry'. The conversion details entered by Vi executives at Mehdipatnam. So far visited 4 times to Vi office. I spoke to Praveen (Mehdipatnam Vi Executive) and another executive.
Next couple of times asked me to wait till the bill generated and first month bill will be waived off. More over saying 295 rupee will be waived off for the first month bill. They forced me to be in the same network 90days, which I do not want to be. I have shared all the call records to [PROTECTED]@vodafoneidea.com employee. Since few days no reply from him also.

There is no progress, in stead sending message to pay the bill of 148.98. Also, for the running month bill also.
My question is why not the full amount?
On what basis the 295 be calculated for waived off?
Now, in Second month. Who will pay the bill amount?
So far, didn't make any calls to others except for verification whether SIM is still active/inactive and POST2PRE messages.
Isn't a service dishonor?
I am full of agony due the issue from 3rd day till now. When I send mails no response these days at all.
My humble request to accept this case as Service Dishonor and close the issue at the earliest.
