I visited my nearby VI store to purchase a new sim card of my old number Because of that ol number was so urgent for my document verification and wanted to activate within 24 hours.
The VI agent told me that "if you port your current Airtel into VI network then your new sim will surely activate within 24 hours otherwise it will take more time that time i had to allow them to port.
Because i had no time for argument or move to other store for purchase the same sim card, after that i called to VI customer care and told every thing about it and they told me we have no scheme like this but they did not take any action. My hope from you for justice.
