Myself Santosh Meena, I have been getting 3-4 calls everyday from various customer representatives of Vodafone postpaid service on my Phone Number [Protected]. I have been using this number since almost last 2 years and this is a prepaid connection.

Yet the company claims that a person named Prashant Mashkar has some outstanding dues of the postpaid services of Vodafone and he has given [Protected]as his alternate number.

However, even after so many clarification everyday that I don't have anything to do with Mr. Prashant and i don't even know him and this number belongs to Santosh Meena, the representatives of the company calls me 3-4 times everyday.

This continues harassment by the company has hampered my office work. They keep calling me even on Saturday and Sunday even after repeated clarification and warning.

This whole harassment has affected my work, my personal life and everything. For your reference I am attaching the call records of various calls received by me from the company.

Some mobile numbers from which I have received calls are 0[Protected], 0[Protected], 0[Protected]and there are many more. I have call records of these calls as proof.

Therefore, I want a compensation of Rs. 3 lakhs from the company as the continuous harassment from the company without any fault of a person has costed so much much in work and personal life and put him him in mental stress.
