Vodafone Idea: Not Giving Proper Service Because Of That I Lost My Business

3 months before i took 3 sim cards from VI with a package if 999 every month am paying the bill on time. Few days before i received a call from VI and said there is a due in vi bill.

And they started scolding me immediately i rushed to the near by store and enquired then i got to know that they hadn't included 3 numbers they included on ky 2 in the package and they told me clearly to pay the 3rd number bill.

I said know as they are charging 999 for 3 numbers and again bill for 1 number y i have to pay its the store mistake but they behaved rudely and later on i made a call to VI customer care.

And explained the issue they said we are taking the complaint and our exclamation team is going to get back to me with a solution but they hadn't called me the next day when am about to make a call to my client my business client my main number outgoing was barred.

And my 2nd number was also barred i don't have any chance to communicate with my client resulting to loose 3,10,000/- after that daily am making calls to customer care but no proper response because of thus i lost my money and reputation.
