I have purchased vi post paid number with Redx plan then I have activated two other family post paid number in the month of January 2022. Now 2 weeks back my main primary number is deactivated.
When I contacted customer care they said your due of 1451 is pending inspite of all bill payment. This due is not mentioned in my bill. Customer care of Vi says that your bill is due with particular number which I have never purchased from VI.
I have talked with customer care frequently but they don't response me. I went at local Vi store but they can't resolve my problem. Two family numbers I brought from online. First primary number from local store.
The number showing due never ordered or purchased. This number is attached with my adhar card and don't know who using it. VI send me the message regarding due other than the main bill.
