I bought a Samsung 65" led on 27 sep 2022 . from Vijay sales - RDC branch Ghaziabad .. it was delivered in 48 hours and when the installing was done there was problem in the TV .. i asked the vijay sale team for immediate change .. as i know them and bought the product from them.
They says that the approval will come and then we will change .. but why should i wait for the same .. i want a refund and dont want product any more .. as i did not like the service of Vijay sales .. consumer buy product from them for service not for such disrespect.
