Harassment Against My Warranty Complaint

Past one year I'm claiming my warrenty service for my Videocon tv they are doing nothing about it , I'm suffering from last one year because of this this is a harassment because they expect me to come to their shop and get updates on they problem being a customer last one year.
I visited 2-3 time their shop to take updates they did log my complain and now they are saying you have not taken any updates what can we do.
