I ordered a washing machine Godrej 10kg Lilac Sprinkle on 17 october, 2020 order number: and the delivery date was on 18 October, 2020. However I still not received it and started lying to me that the delivery date is on 19 October 2020 even it was mentioned as on 18th Oct but they also failed in their given time as well. I tried to get in touch with them, after several failure attemps because they were not responding to the call somehow I managed to talk to them. They started giving excuses about the late delivery. Then they said that delivery location was very far from.the store so they couldn't deliver it on the mentioned delivery date which was obviouspy not true. I just want to know that why they did not inform me. On prior base that they will not be able to deliver the order within the mentioned time. I DON'T KNOW WHY THEY DID ACCEPT THE ORDER IF THE DELIVERY LOCATION. Then one of the executive from there said that they will deliver the order anyhow by 19 October 2020 before 3.pm. And I am still waiting for my order and haven't received it yet. No one is reponding to the calls qnd just because of this delay since last day, I have faced lots of losses only the only reason is that I was waiting at home whole day for the order. I asked the executives for the delivery person's contact number but they didn't help either. I will make sure that I will not let this go that easy. Name- Mohd Raja Invoice number-UND-A-SOD479
