They quoted ₹100 service fee over the phone. When their mechanic Umaid Nain arrived, he said the valves needed to be changed and scared us with leakage issues. He didn’t quote any price. And when it came time to pay he demanded ₹3000: ₹500 for service fee and ₹2500 for replacing burners which did not need any replacing.
When I questioned this he said “sorry” just give me ₹2800 cash. He offered no invoice or anything from Veena Gas and said I should call them for it later. He was aggressive and unprofessional. A new Sun-flame Stove costs ₹4300 on Amazon with a 2 year warranty. When I complained to some woman at Veena Gas.
She said she’ll bring it up with the owner but he is out of town and then hung up. She would not give any names, neither hers nor that of her owner. Feel robbed. Their Google Pay goes to some Veena Bishnoi Now they won’t answer my calls.
They won’t even give me an invoice for the alleged repairs of a valve or anything. It’s amazing that such a scam business operates and is actively promoted by Just Dial. All their 5 star reviews are likely fake.

The same thing has happened with me on 9/9/2021 with mechanic Rakesh and Ashok.. The lady's name is Ashwini. She is hand in glove with the mechanics there and will not escalate to higher-ups. The owner name is Ganga Bishnoi. She gave me the same story about Ganga Bishnoi out of town due to mother's ill-health. They are a big scam in the name of gas services. We should put in a joint complaints to some authority. Are they authorized by Mahanagar Gas? I'm planning to raise a ticket there for their authorised agency.
