t's a fraud company, I booked Dubai trip and from day one false commitment realized. At first day pick up delayed at Airport by 2 hours. On arrival found hotel is changed Need to pay from own pocket for another hotel transit since tripodeal assured to reimburse it later. Further on future museum tour realized that tickets are not available I missed that museum tour. Got written assurance in mail for refund. After 16 days of trip completion still my refund of Rs 20450 is pending for which I have written mail from Tripodeal. Now tripodeal executive negotiating for the refund amount. I will take legal action in case if refund will not credit in my account. Since everything is in records. Those who r reading this message never book any deal from tripodeal since they are unethical firm.

TRIP O DEAL Travelsees - The same issue happened to me on my Mumbai to Varanasi flight from PNR. Booking details are not available with Spice Jet. They are scamming people for money. I got a cancellation on WhatsApp, and then I tried reaching out to Tripo Deal, which LAXMI JHA said to contact Spice Jet, so I did, and my PNR doesn't exist in their data, nor does my name. The money was already deducted. Now trip-o-deal says talk to Spice Jet, but what will they do when my data is not there? These guys are scammers. Please tell everyone and share these things on social media. I'M MAKING A WHOLE VIDEO on this scam

ITS A FRAUD COMPANY TODAY I HAVE BOOKED TICKET FROM CHANDIGARH TO MUMBAI BUT PNR NOT AVAILABE AT AIRLINE WEBSITE

Trip o deal is a fraud company . I booked 3 tickets from Darbhanga to Ahmedabad costing aprroximately 30,000 rs. They told PNR is not generated and amount will be refunded within 3-5 days .... Now they are not picking up calls, neither mail reply nothing... TOD00429209

I Got Confused after reading the reviews ,However my experience is quite good . I received call immediately after booking and executive had explained him regarding non refundable , non cancellation . Thanks Tripo Deal for best price and hassle free booking .

TripODeal is a FRAUD Company. They have taken money for booking, (Surat Kolkata on 13March 2022). Money debited from my bank. They refunded it after 10 days (26 March22) but again taken it out (without any endorsement from me) on 5th April, 22. My warning letter (email) to them ([PROTECTED]@travelsees.com) dated 05May22 remain un-replied. I alert all online user be aware,, this is a SHADOW company !!!!

My tripodeal booking id is #TOD00214922 I have to travel from Ahmedabad to Mumbai on 23rd May 2022, in Go air but go air customer care told me that Name updation is pending from booking partner. Booked ticket on 17th May 2022 and PNR provided was given to 5 persons. Customer care phone is also busy pls help

Dear All, Please confirm, how much time you will take to refund my amount as SpiceJet return my amount on 9th Jan 2022 and after so many follow up with your team thereafter you accept that its technically a mistake and you will receive the amount 10-15 working days, now 23 days passed & still we have struggled with your team to refund my amount. I failed to understand your refund policy is rocket science and you have forced me to lodge a complaint against spice jet and your company for mental and economical harassment from January 22 onwards I m struggling for my refund. Now please confirm the date & time to refund my amount as this is my last mail and assure you if we have not received any response from your end today itself tomorrow we have lodged a complaint against you.
