I had ordered one Airdopes from Tata cliq, it's return period was 7 days. It delivered on 2-May-2022 but they have not updated it on their application. They delivered defected piece, so I wanted to return it.

But as on their application it was not showing delivered so return option was not coming, then I request for return, through a lot of complaints and emails to customer care and then on 5-May-2022 return has been placed by me, now it's been 23 days but they have not picked up the product.

Everytime I am calling customer care they are saying wait for 3-4 days it will be picked up. When I called customer care team after few days then first they told that delivery person tried to reach out to you on you phone you din not picked up the call.

But I refused that I did not get any call, then they have told that return request is not approved yet, so they approved the return request after 6 days on 11-May-2022, It's very clear that they do not want to take back the product, and product is under return policy.

I reached to their social media team through Twitter, they told that they have raise a request it will be resolved soon but after few days they are saying that due to some technical issue that request cancelled and we are raising new request.
