This is regarding order ID [Protected]which was supposedly delivered on 25 June 2022 and which I never received.
I got a email notification on 28 June 2022 that the product was delivered, I was out of town and when I checked with my family on 1st July 2022, they confirmed they never received any delivery.
I raised a complain via app on 1 July (Ref ID.07855864) regarding non delivery and got an email response that it will be looked into within 5 days and its been 13 days and I haven't got any response from your end.
Is this some kind of fraud tata cliq is doing? I want my money to be returned or to tell me when and to whom the package was delivered? Since this was a prepaid order, I would assume you will be taking the minimum precaution to get the signature of the person receiving the delivery or OTP.
