I complaint many times about order id [Protected], transaction id [Protected], Orchid Blues Flared Fit Jeans that I never received this product and I informed your customer care on the very same day it showed the status delivered but no action has been taken yet.
On 2nd call, your customer care executive suggested me to share the pic of the packets received to which I replied that I have already returned the packets due to fit issue. My question was had you informed me about this on the very 1st call.
I would have shared all the required pictures but how come I am responsible if you are giving the suggestion on the 2nd call. Please refund my amount as this is seller’s fault and I am not going to pay for it.
