Hi, I ordered two shoes from Tata cliq luxury and received empty box. We immediately called the delivery agent and he asked to raise a complaint with the company. On doing do, after 7 days the company closes the investigation. Whereas we have evidence wherein the volumetric weight of the shoes do not match that of the weight on the invoice attached on the box. Request help as we feel cheated and unheard.
