I ordered panner tikka and 4 rumali roti from swiggy for rs 146 but i got tandoori roti instead of rumali roti, I raised the issue with customer support but the are refunding an amount of 32 rupees for the rumali roti.

But when i am ordering 4 rumali roti again from some other restaurant the amount is rupees 115 for 4 rumali roti. I asked swiggy to refund me 115 rupees but the declined, and i asked then to cancel the whole order but they declined that too. So I have to pay extra money for their mistake.

I also asked swiggy customer support to order 4 rumali roti from their end but he customer care representative told me that they could not do that,so I asked to refund me the amount of rupees 115 which i will be paying for the alternate order, but the customer support executive did not took any action on that too.
