Charged for food not delivered to me as phone was not reachable

In this case, I never cancelled the order. I placed the order and made payment as well but delivery person doesn't know the address (I've already made the order several times in Swiggy with the same address).
His reason for cancelling the order was failure to respond. But it's not true; I have a proof to prove it . It's not my fault. Please return my money of Rs. 472 as soon as possible.
