I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent order through Swiggy, which I placed from Parat Restaurant. The order details are as follows:

Unfortunately, the experience with this order was far from satisfactory. Upon receiving the food, I immediately noticed a foul and unpleasant odor coming from the Meat Chawal and bhuna murgh. The smell was so off-putting that it made the food entirely inedible. In light of this experience, I kindly request a full refund for the order. We were not able to consume the food due to the above issues, and it was a significant inconvenience to our dinner plans. I believe it is only fair to receive a refund for this order, as the quality of the food did not meet the basic standards of hygiene and taste that we expect when ordering through Swiggy.
Swiggy is not ready to provide us the refund.But I must emphasize that as a platform, swiggy plays a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction. If I order through Swiggy, I trust the platform to guarantee a certain level of quality and service. If the food is inedible, the responsibility should also be shared by Swiggy. And I urge them to reconsider the refund request as it's only fair for the customers. This was an genuine issue , it's not about the taste it was about the stale food. They are charging us 3rs as a platform fee but can't provide a refund. Doesn't look fair to me.
